Our partner event agency Retter Events has numerous wintry team events in its repertoire that will bring some zest into the cold, eventful months of the year. Anyone planning a winter incentive or looking for the perfect supporting programme for a conference in the snow will find what they are looking for now!

6 team event highlights:

1. really rustic: winter triathlon "anno dazumal".
You won't find modern carving skis and manoeuvrable bobsleds in this challenge on the mountain. Instead, your team can look forward to a winter Olympics just like in the old days: in barrel stave skiing, sack slides and partner skiing, it's all about time, technique and team spirit.
- Including supervision by experienced guides, motivational music, tea and mulled wine as well as an award ceremony with medals.
Retter Events offers this team highlight throughout Austria. The only prerequisite: snow conditions. In Styria, we therefore recommend the regions around Schladming-Dachstein or Bad Aussee.

2. creativity in demand: annual calendar shooting
New year, new calendar. In this team challenge, your colleagues will shoot an annual calendar themselves. Everything they need is prepared and provided by Retter Events: a green screen, props for all seasons and a professional camera. After the shooting, the calendar including the making-off will be presented and elaborated - and soon it will adorn your office space.

3. Christmas spirit: X-Mas Punch Rallye
A visit to the Christmas market is a must for many teams in the run-up to Christmas. With a little support from Retter-Events, it becomes a real event.
Divided into teams, they go in search of the best mulled wine at the market. But that's not all: with the help of their own app, your colleagues have to solve tasks at the Christmas market to collect points. Whoever answers the most questions correctly, takes the funniest photos and shoots the most creative videos is the winner and will be rewarded at the award ceremony.

4th Sporting Challenge: Snowshoe Biathlon
If you want to challenge and encourage your team, go for this sporty biathlon event. In snowshoe biathlon and shooting, it's not just about speed and accuracy, but above all about tactics and concentration. Team cohesion and fighting spirit are crucial for success.

5. completely relaxed: have a cookie
Bake biscuits together, drink tea, listen to Christmas sounds and chat informally: This is what awaits you at the team event "Bake, bake biscuits".
Biscuits are cut out of homemade dough, baked and decorated in a convivial atmosphere - without any stress or pressure. If you want to give your colleagues a contemplative break before Christmas, this is the perfect way to do it.

6. teamwork in demand: winter expedition
You don't need snow for this wintry outdoor team event, but you do need a lot of team spirit. The aim of the adventure challenge is to build a hut together. This requires the talents and strengths of each individual team member. Materials for building the hut can be obtained through skill with bow and arrow. Useful goods are also available for "gems" that are found.
The Winter Expedition is the perfect event to clear your head and lighten up a multi-day conference in Styria.

A focus on sustainability in practice has also been keenly felt at Steiner1888 in Mandling for the past 130 years. Both companies offer extremely interesting and compelling tours of their plants. There, you will learn that Arnold Schwarzenegger owns a genuine “Schladminger Lodenjanker”, how virgin wool is turned into beautiful blankets, and that Jil Sander and Dolce & Gabbana integrate fabrics from Schladming-Dachstein into their collections.
