The Almhaus leaves nothing to be desired:
There is a spacious and comfortably furnished kitchen-cum-living room, well equipped with a kettle, toaster, SodaStream, a Tchibo / Eduscho capsule machine, refrigerator and small freezer, as well as an electric stove and oven, and meals are a snap. The huge solid wood table with corner bench and chairs offers enough space for everyone to eat or play games together. A television provides entertainment during an exciting film and the wood stove ensures constant temperatures, the wood for it can be found directly in front of the hut. On cold days, the infrared panel provides additional warmth and increases your well-being. The cozy double room on the ground floor with TV and an infrared panel guarantees quiet nights and beautiful dreams. Nothing to be desired in the bathroom either, the mirror (infrared panel) heats it and the wellness shower with radio ensures relaxation after an action-packed day. On the upper floor there are 2 large bedrooms each with a reading corner, a balcony and 4 cozy single beds, which you can put together or slide apart as you wish. The warm air ducts from the wood-burning stove to the bedrooms quickly make it pleasantly warm, and you can easily regulate the temperatures separately on the ground floor. This increases the wellbeing of each individual and nothing stands in the way of a deep sleep and restful nights. Thanks to the numerous socket distributors with USB hubs throughout the house, you will certainly not lack charging options. The outdoor area is particularly noteworthy, because in addition to the tranquility and the unique mountain air, there is a very large solid wood table with 4 benches on the terrace. Two mobile standing tables and an infrared heater that provides warmth on cool days are also available to you. Fine meat specialties can be wonderfully prepared on the brick-built charcoal grill, plus a cool blond one and the day is saved. The pine bench with privacy screen is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The barrel sauna is a real pleasure in summer as well as in winter and beneficial for body, mind and soul. After or between the sauna sessions, you can still go to bars in the fountain to stimulate blood circulation and strengthen your immune system. The "nail stick" ensures cheerfulness and happiness, here you stand in a circle around the tree trunk. Everyone gets a 100 nail, the winner is the one who first hit the nail with the hammer. The challenge here is that the narrow / pointed end is used and not the flat side as usual. One after the other you can prove your accuracy here. Motorcyclists can expect something special here, because the owner of the hut is an enthusiastic motorcyclist himself and is happy to offer himself as a guide. On average, he drives 20-30,000 km a year on his bike and therefore knows exactly how a tour will be unforgettable. You can find more information under "Action & Adventure". The Almhaus is wonderfully quiet at the end of a very beautiful and winding road, lush mountain meadows and mushroom-rich forests accompany you. The property next door is the abattoir which unfortunately closed 5 years ago, a fitting alternative is the Höllerhans'l, which spoils you with culinary delicacies. From the hut, the inn is 8 km away by car or via a hiking trail. Here on the Rosenkogel you can spend a wonderful and unforgettable holiday, on the numerous hikes or in the barrel sauna, you will quickly find a well-deserved relaxation and nothing stands in the way of a wonderful time.
