Welcome to our apartments in South Styria!
My name is Claus, and together with my mother, I run the apartments in the beautiful South Styria.
We would be very happy to welcome you here.
Currently, six cozy apartments are available for an unforgettable stay on the South Styrian Wine Road. From our accommodation, three charming wine taverns are easily reachable on foot. The town center of Leutschach on the Wine Road, with its restaurants, bars, and shopping options, is only two kilometers away. The nearest supermarket is also just one kilometer away.
For active vacationers, numerous bike paths and hiking tours start directly from the house.
If you need more information, I am always happy to help!
A special highlight is the oil mill RESCH, which is located right next to our accommodation. Here, my brother presses the famous Styrian pumpkin seed oil by hand several times a week.
Our guests are warmly invited to watch the oil pressing process!

Conditions
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation up to 3 months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to 1 month before the arrival day 40% of the total price is due, up to 1 week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price is due.
Children:
Of all ages are welcome! Baby crib on request (€ 18,00 per stay).
Pets:
Are allowed in our accommodation.
