Secluded location–cozy private accommodation
Relax in one of our two studio apartments. Two quiet and special accommodations, affectionately called "Your Kingdom of Heaven". Embedded in the 6,969 m² Venus Garden. In the middle of the southern Styrian landscape protection area.
Your alpine retreat is at 1,000m above sea level. So close to heaven. The night is still really dark here and the stars are particularly sparkling.
The invitation to you is: You come up to us to come down. Active rest. Arrive - within you!
Your kingdom of heaven is in our house, right under the roof. We have set up two lovely studio apartments there. Which can be wonderfully inhabited alone or in pairs.
WHO ARE WE?
By the way, we are a family of 4, divided into 3 generations and a loving and sometimes crazy 4-legged friend. A small blond dog with a big heart and a lot of cuddling power. First he greets loudly and after a thank you everything is fine again.
We are now curious and looking forward to welcoming you soon here in your Kingdom of Heaven

- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
- If you book less than 30 days before the check-in date, you will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date.
- After that, a 50% refund will be issued up to 7 days prior to check-in.
- No refund will be issued after the 7 day period.

HOW TO GET TO US?
ARRIVAL BY CAR
The GPS usually accepts the address. But doesn't lead you all the way to us. So here is something more detailed and very straightforward:
from Graz | Deutschlandsberg coming
* follow the direction to HEBALM
* follow the road until you see the town sign St. Oswald | KLOSTER.
* AFTER the town sign, take the only street to the RIGHT to the direction SALLEGG
* stay on this road and pass the village of Kloster again - Hint: you'll see a lot of garbage cans on the right)
* After another 750m there is a driveway on the RIGHT side into whichyou turn! On the left you can see the inscription on the roof ridge: Stefflbauer
* in front of you you see a red mailbox, which is in front of an old wooden hut
* right here you turn RIGHT
* You can park on the left at the end of the driveway
* Welcome to your kingdom of heaven

* if you come from "above" in the direction of Hebalm, you drive through
Rettenbach and through the village of KLOSTER | ST. OSWALD
* pass the Gasthof Triftweber on the right

A GREAT TIP - If you are traveling without a car or are traveling by public transport:
You can book transport from Deutschlandsberg to Kloster via the Regiomobil Steiermark page. For only 6 euros you are all set.

CHECK IN ️:
99% of the time one of us is at home. In other words, if the check-in should be postponed, just let us know. I can be reached via mobile .
Check-in after 1:00 p.m. and check-out before 10:00 a.m. (or by arrangement)
Quiet times 11:00 p.m. – 06:00 a.m
No parties or events
No smoking inside the house
SHOES :
You can make yourself comfortable as soon as you arrive and take off your shoes. It is best to put on your favorite slippers (slippers) right away.
PET :
Please contact me regarding pet. We have a dog ourselves and that can and must work for both sides.
SMOKE :
We are a Non smoking household. If anything, then like to be outside in the fresh air. Please let me know so that I can place an ashtray in the spacious Venus Garden for you if required.
WINDOW :
Please close the skylights when you leave the studio apartment - it rains in very quickly - neither the mustard yellow sofa nor the birch wood cutting board in the kitchen likes that. Thanks for that.
HEATING & ELECTRICITY :
Happy to use in an environmentally friendly manner and avoid unnecessary consumption.
GARBAGE :
You have paper, organic and residual waste containers at your disposal and they are happy if they are used for exactly that. Please allow hygiene items to end up in the residual waste.
GUESTS ♀️:
You book one of the studio apartments exclusively for you. Or, if you book it for 2 people, then for 2. This means that no other guests will stay here or move in.

STUDIO APARTMENT »Top Right«
The studio apartment "Top Right" (that's the creative nickname;-) in the Kingdom of Heaven is your kingdom if you like cuddly lounging sofas. The sleeping dormer is ideal for single sleepers who want to spread out on the 1 x 2m like a sunbathing area (bed).
But just in case: the sofa is a small miracle of space and it can be converted into a sofa bed. So your favorite person also has space and you can cuddle here for two.
The kitchen offers you everything you need to feed yourself in an uncomplicated way. I think the great thing about this kitchen is the standing (work) place – you can of course also sit. But standing up makes it easier to think, write and, above all, the view is simply balm. Balm for the soul and sometimes also for your feet when they are taking a break from hiking.
In each of your heavenly realms you have enough storage space for your suitcase and its contents. The bathrooms are small space wonders for shower lovers.
FURNISHING:
Both studios are fully furnished, lovingly and valuable equipped for you who wants to come up to come down.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle and induction cooker. As an extra treat, we will give you the coffee pods for the coffee machine as a gift. You also have a small, fine selection of teas. Salt, pepper, vinegar and oil are freshly bottled and ready for your (short) stay.
Bed linen & towels: The beds are freshly made and you will also find your towels in the bathroom. Toiletries such as toilet paper or soap are also provided.
If you still miss something, let me know. Depending on your »wish« I might be able to fulfill it. ;-)

STUDIO APARTMENT »Top Left«
The studio apartment »top left« is wonderful if you love to spend time in a comfortable armchair with your favorite book. In the spacious dormer window you are even closer to heaven. The 1.40m x 2m bed is wonderfully suited for two people who like to cuddle. Up there you can set up a cozy space from which you can surf the world with your laptop.
The kitchen looks forward to your cooking skills and the mini fridge offers enough space to provide your summer thirst quenchers or to house other delicacies. You don't have time to bake anyway, because you are either actively relaxing, or you are exploring the beautiful area or writing your novel.
Your HimmelReich »top left« offers you enough storage space for your suitcase and its contents. This bathroom is also a small miracle of space for shower lovers.
