If the houses are available 14 days before arrival, shorter stays will be given.

Your way to Thombauer Holiday house "THomizil Eichberg"
Coming from Graz on the A9, exit at Leibnitz exit. Then turn right onto the B74 Sulmtal road and drive straight ahead (3 roundabouts) until you reach Heimschuh. Directly in Heimschuh, turn left at the Shell petrol station and continue through Großklein. From there drive to Gündorf and turn left into the village. At the end of Gündorf turn left and then you reach us if you drive one kilometer upwards on the right side.

The holiday home "Thomizil Eichberg" is a modern holiday home with a subtle larch shingle roof and clapboard facade. With its south-facing glass surfaces, the house is nestled in the slope of the Eichberg in a flattering manner.
Our guests have a living space of approx. 100 m² over 2 floors. There is also a spacious lounge and a private infinity stainless steel pool with a Finnish sauna for exclusive use.
Upstairs there is a spacious, modern kitchen with a dining table and a sunny breakfast terrace. You can also access the bedroom with a shower room from the kitchen. The guest toilet is located next to the small cloakroom in the entrance area.
In the basement you will find a spacious, cozy living room and the wellness area with Finnish sauna and relaxation room.
From the Finnish sauna you can look through the panorama window into the private garden.
The holiday home offers guests a private outdoor lounge with a comfortable seating area, two deck chairs for sun worshipers, a private breakfast terrace with a view of the Saggau Valley and an exclusive stainless steel pool in the garden, which can be used all year round.
The "Thomizil Eichberg" offers a wonderful holiday retreat with a private atmosphere for every special taste and every need for togetherness. The "THomizile" of the Pichler family offer peace and relaxation with comfort and an elegant lifestyle ambience for nature lovers and absolute relaxation for everyone who wants to treat themselves to a break.
