In the middle of the vineyard on the South Styrian Wine Road lies our lovingly designed vacation home. Enjoy the unique quiet location in the very special nature of the Graßnitzberg. Our house is surrounded by our own vineyard, which is cultivated by the Schlögl family. You can take the wines out of our wine refrigerator at any time and enjoy them. In the house you can spend an unforgettable vacation together with your family and friends.
Some Buschenschänken are within walking distance - in five minutes. Also outdoors, next to the farm garden with fragrant herbs, it sits comfortably. If the weather does not play along, there is also a TV in the house, if it is too hot, the air conditioning cools.
For more variety guarantee the wine routes with their famous wineries, the many Buschenschänken, the lookouts, hiking and biking trails from the front door, river baths and lakes, cross-country skiing and ski slopes, fishing, tennis courts and golf courses, nearby thermal baths, Marburg, Leibnitz, Seggau Castle, Graz, festivals and culinary delights.

Cancellation policy:
There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to three months before the agreed arrival day. Up to one month before the arrival day 40% of the total price will be charged, up to one week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price will be charged.

The Pyhrn highway (A9) coming from Graz, Leibnitz, leave at the exit Spielfeld, go straight through the traffic light (B67) (on L671-Südsteirische Weinstraße) about 1.97 kilometers, 20 meters before the intersection turn left (here you can already see the vacation home in the middle of the vineyard) into side street, after 100 meters turn left.

The vacation house in the vineyard was newly built in 1994 according to the old style of southern Styria. Whether you want to enjoy the sun or the peace - with us you are exactly right.
Our vacation house consists of a cozy country kitchen with Stub'n, table stove and tiled stove, a living area with TV, an upper floor with four double rooms, a bathroom, a toilet, an additional smaller kitchen and a balcony. Outside you will find an all-round garden for relaxing, barbecue and the possibility to light a bonfire.Room/apartment features
