The apartment is sunny and quietly located on the outskirts of Arnfels! It is a one-story residential house, on the first floor is the private apartment of the landlord, the vacation apartment is on the second floor and has a separate entrance. A carport is available for the guests. Due to its size, the apartment is ideal for families with children and smaller hiking or biking groups.
From the apartment are with the Heiligengeistklamm (ten minutes by car) and the Altenbachklamm (five minutes by car) classic hiking destinations of the region in the immediate vicinity. Another highlight is the high ropes course of the Skringer-Ranz winery and wine tavern on the Eichberg (five minutes by car). Likewise, hikers can reach the beautiful Remschnigg-Alm "on the doorstep" - either on foot (1.5 hours) or the starting parking lot at Remschnigg in five minutes by car. The landlord can accompany cycling groups on their rides or give insider tips on beautiful rides in the region.
In the village of Arnfels guests will find within walking distance the coffee house Hubmann with bakery and wonderful breakfast variations, the inn Kirchenwirt, the stationery store Rossi with attached tobacconist, post office, newspapers and magazines as well as a bank, a clothing store for Styrian traditional costume fashion, a beautiful swimming pool, an indoor tennis court, a supermarket and other infrastructure.

The spacious 101 square meters vacation apartment for two to eight people on the second floor is divided into two double bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. In the living room guests can use a pull-out couch. An additional folding bed is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower cabin and a washing machine. The small balcony from the bathroom offers a wonderful view of the village and Arnfels Castle. The toilet is spatially separated from the bathroom.
