Welcome to the Koller Winery
Our vacation apartment is located in Kitzeck i. S. directly on the Sausal Wine Road and at the foot of the Demmerkogel. The terrace offers a fantastic view of the hilly landscape. From here you can also explore it on foot via hiking trails or by bike. And the highlight is of course our Buschenschank, where you can enjoy our homemade snacks, pastries and our fine wines.

A very cozy holiday apartment, stepless, modern and comfortably furnished, very spacious and in a quiet location. TV and WiFi are available. You can enjoy nature and the wonderful view on the large terrace.
There are two bedrooms (double bed) and a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, electric stove with oven and refrigerator. In the living room there is a cozy tiled stove next to the pull-out couch.
Each room also has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Wine and drinks are chilled in the fridge for you to enjoy.
Crockery and glasses, as well as bed linen and towels are plentiful.
