Unser Bauernhaus bietet viel Freiraum für die Tagesgestaltung, den Sie mit Familie oder mit Freunden genießen können. Das ganze Ferienhaus steht exklusiv zur Verfügung. In den drei Doppelzimmer mit Bad können 6 Personen nächtigen.
Erleben Sie gemeinsam Spaß mit Relaxen, beim Sinnieren, bei Ausflügen, in urigen Buschenschänken, bei Sport und Bewegung wie auch bei gemütlichen Zusammensein mit Wein und Jause im Pavillon.
In unserem Ferienhaus können Sie sich perfekt selbstversorgen, denn die moderne Küche ist vollausgestattet. In der großen Stube ist urig gemütlich.
Im Garten steht der Pavillon, von dem aus überblickt man die ganze Südsteiermark. Am Abend sieht man die Lichter der Gehöfte und Häuser in und hinter der Hügellandschaft, das ist sehr romantisch. In der Weinlaube vor dem Hauseingang lässt sich herrlich frühstücken.
Wir haben am Hof hausgemachte Wurst und Rohschinken zum Verkauf. Im Ort Leutschach gibt es einen großen Spar-Supermarkt für den Einkauf und einen Laden mit vielen regionalen Köstlichkeiten namens „Klapothek“.
Die Küchen der Gasthöfe und Restaurants in der Region Leutschach sind alle bestens zu empfehlen und bieten abwechslungsreiche Kost.
Auch im angrenzenden Slowenien wird gut gekocht und bewirtet. Maribor ist einen Tagesausflug wert.

Many specialties and delights can be experienced and seen in our region. So is our KAUSCHLERHOF, which towers over southern Styria as a southern haven of peace at 700 m above sea level.

The lovingly, lavishly renovated 300-year-old farmhouse is available from 2023 as a vacation home vacation guests. Guests, who appreciate and look for in particular the peace for itself or with a friend round, the idyllic, secluded situation, will be inspired by the Geheimtipp "KAUSCHLERHOF".
At the farm there is only one vacation home for guests, which gives freedom for more individuality.
In the old farmhouse the special flair of the Rauchstub'n with impressive old wooden elements has been preserved, in the table stove we can still make the fire crackle. Celebrate, think, eat or play - in the Stub'n comes family coziness.
The three double rooms with private bathrooms are furnished in a contemporary and comfortable way.
The accommodation at the Kauschlerhof can be booked as a single private room with breakfast or as a vacation home for 6 to 8 people.
Those who want to be totally undisturbed during their vacation can, of course, enjoy the individual tranquility of the farmhouse and garden as self-catering guests.
To linger and pass the time, guests have at their disposal a little garden, a gazebo with a view, a swimming pool and a fishing hut by the pond. But many places on the hill, in the forest, on the meadow, by the pond may still be discovered.
Sporty people can directly enter the hiking and biking routes on the border panorama path. Hospitable Buschenschänken are in the near vicinity. We have many recommendations ready for you.

The vacation house at the Kauschlerhof is available for a family or a group of friends for a vacation stay in its entirety.
In the house are three double rooms, each with a modern bathroom.
The living room with ample seating and the kitchen can be used individually.
Who would like to enjoy the comfort of crackling fire, can heat in the old table stove.
The cottage is surrounded by a small flower garden, which of course can be enjoyed by guests to linger and contemplate.
Breakfast Service arranged in a basket will be offered fresh every morning. Costs € 6,-/p./b.
