The exceptionally quiet, south-southeast facing house was extensively revitalized by us and offers a great view of the South Styrian Wine Route and the vineyards of the Ratscher Nussberg. Cancellation up to three months before the agreed arrival day will not incur any cancellation fees. Up to one month before the arrival day 40% of the total price is due, up to one week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price is due.

Our main house is located about 150 meters - out of sight for us - from the accommodation. Of course we are here for you when you need us, but your privacy is very important to us. Some meadows around our farm are "worked" by our donkeys and goats. If you have children or just like animals, we will be happy to introduce you to our four-legged friends.
We are also happy to offer a "breakfast egg service" upon request. We have planted a raised bed for you on the garden terrace, where you can help yourself - depending on the season - with fresh herbs, salad and vegetables for your kitchen. Our small farm also has a branch on the Slovenian side of the wine route. If you are looking for cross-border vacation advice for a change, you are in good hands with us.Room distribution
