Knappenhof Eichberg is located between the municipalities of Gamlitz and Leutschach on the wine route, in a wonderful panoramic location with a 270 degree panoramic view, in the middle of our vineyards. Three vacation homes and a Restaurant are located directly on the south-facing farm site. The Eichberg is certainly still an insider tip, here you will still find peace and an intact environment. Leutschach is about five kilometers away, Gamlitz about eight kilometers and Leibnitz about eleven kilometers. Two hiking trails lead directly past the farm. At the farm you will be welcomed by our Gabi and also looked after during your stay. She lives with her husband Hannes, two horses and two donkeys directly on the farm.
The cottages are fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, bed linen, towels, hairdryer, TV and Wi-Fi. You vacation with us on a self-catering basis. On order, our traveling baker will deliver your pastry wishes to your door handle early in the morning.
For our little guests we keep a travel cot and a high chair ready (please specify when booking).

A typical Styrian longhouse with a rustic character
This house was built in 1850 in Lannach and was then saved from demolition and rebuilt at Knappenhof. This gives you an incomparable charm, which has been further emphasized with the typical furnishings.
Spread over 115 square meters on two floors, there is room for up to seven people. The first floor is divided into a spacious kitchen with sitting area and TV, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a traditionally furnished double bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, as well as a bathroom with WC. In the outdoor area belongs to the Lannacher house a small seating area and two sunbeds directly in front of the house. In our houses you can expect basic equipment, so we ask you to bring additional kitchen equipment and the like yourself.

The quaint little Weingartenstöckl offers space for up to two people. On 32 square meters you have a kitchen with seating area, as well as a bedroom with a traditional double bed and an attached bathroom with toilet. In the kitchen you will also find a TV.
In the outdoor area you will find a seating area directly in front of the house. For a longer stay in the outdoor area, stone steps lead to the garden, where a seating and lounging area with views of the southern Styrian mountains including vineyards await you. A classic south Styrian house with charm
On 135 square meters divided into three floors, there is room for four to six people. On the upper floor you will find a double room and a living area with couch. This couch can be pulled out for two sleeping places in mattress quality.
On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with directly connected dining room. From this room you can access the private terrace. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.
In the basement there is another double bedroom with its own bathroom with toilet, as well as access to the small, lovingly landscaped garden area. In addition to the already mentioned outdoor areas, a small seating area directly in front of the house also belongs to the community house.
