Conditions
The cottage costs for occupancy up to 4 people € 150.- per night Special price weekly occupancy € 900.- per week.
Occupancy up to 6 persons € 180 per night Special price weekly occupancy € 1.080 .- per week.
Occupancy with a 5th or 6th person is also possible, but with restriction, here the dining area is used as a sleeping place.
Dogs are welcome, only a final cleaning of € 25- per stay will be charged.
All prices include all taxes and fees, including final cleaning. In the high season (June to October) is only a week booking possible, except there are "booking gaps". The availability of the cottage you can see on our booking calendar. You are also welcome to make a direct request.Upon request, we will gladly provide a travel cot and a high chair.

We are happy to welcome you on the day of arrival from 14 clock!
In order to have enough time to prepare the house for our following guests, we ask you to leave the house until 10:00 - 10:30.
If there is a gap between arrival and departure, it is possible to move into the house earlier or to check out later.
We will be happy to discuss current possibilities with you at short notice!

Our cottage is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator with beverage cooler and icebox, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine, blender and much more), the living area is equipped with an upholstered corner bench (extendable for another 2 people), TV armchair, satellite TV, radio / CD, Internet connection for the laptop, fireplace, a small collection of books and board games, the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity mirror, hair dryer and washer-dryer.
The rooms are equipped with two double beds. Upon request, an air-conditioning unit can be provided.
The cottage also has a balcony with a beautiful view of the countryside. In the garden you also have the opportunity to barbecue with its own seating and a playground for the little ones.
