The small campsite with only 15 pitches is located in the nature park community of Sankt Andrä im Sausal on the Sausal Wine Road at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level.
The site is surrounded by vineyards, rustic Buschenschänken and an exquisite hotel restaurant with a beautiful view. An impressive panorama is also the flagship of the campsite. The campsite has been designed in such a way that every camper can enjoy the full panorama from his pitch.
In the immediate vicinity is the Demmerkogel, the highest elevation of the hill country, with its landmark, the world's largest functioning Klapotetz, a lookout point, a butterfly meadow and the Hubertusgrotte with the popular wine trail. For the many visitors to the Styrian wine country and for hikers, it is a pleasure to stop at the countless reasonably priced Buschenschänken. In the sometimes ancient winegrowers' houses or under a gazebo, one can particularly enjoy the beauty of the southern Styrian Tuscany with a good glass of wine and a tasty snack. This region is also known for the chestnut and storm stands along the roads in autumn.
Countless hiking trails are available to guests, but also pleasure cyclists and cyclists who want to be challenged do not come up short in the Sulmtal-Sausal. Anglers also get their money's worth, as several establishments offer the opportunity to fish.
The nearest lakes are the Waldschacher See - 7 km away - and the Sulmsee in 11 km.

On the campsite, a small pool provides cooling in the summer and guests can use a whirlpool free of charge all year round.
Furthermore, there is a cozy, rustic lounge and a sauna, which can be used at any time. Chilled drinks are provided 24 hours a day.
