The Sabathihof-Dillinger family winery is located on a small hill on the Pößnitzberg in Leutschach, wine has been pressed here for more than 100 years. The new generation of winegrowers, Guido and Melitta Dillinger and their children Miriam and Florian, have been running the winery in Leutschach since 2000. Here you will find a natural landscape of solitary beauty, whose images are memorable. Images of the narrow ribbon of the Weinstrasse, of poplars that brace themselves against the south wind for the entire life of the tree, along with rustling leaves, birdsong, the quiet view from the Pößnitzberg over the gentle wine country. In the vineyards, a wide range of Styrian grape varieties thrive on six hectares of loam and Opok soil - on a steep south-facing slope.

You can relax in our infinity pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness room or with a massage. At our farm you can also borrow an e-bike and explore the southern Styrian wine country by bike.
None of the rooms is like the other. Only local woods were used in the different types of rooms. In our winemaker rooms - sleep in the vineyard - you will find bright, friendly rooms with adjacent park in the vineyard or balcony, furnished with contemporary decor. The emotion, the feeling of sleeping in a vintner's roomand experiencing Styrian wine as a constant travel companion is what a vintner's room is all about.
That's where I want to go ...Whoever comes here has found a place to enjoy: a place for the senses, for the eyes, the palate and the nose. It is well known that the way to love is through the stomach, but the right wine also does its part.

Our winegrowers' rooms are comfortably furnished - at ground level with adjoining park in the vineyard or with balcony - shower, WC, hairdryer, TV/radio, safe included. You will find relaxation in our winegrowers' rooms in the middle of vineyards. You can relax in our brand new pool, with sauna, steam bath, fitness room and massage.
