Do you just want to get away from everyday stress - recharge your batteries, enjoy some peace and quiet and then get back into daily life full of freshness? Then you are exactly right with us.
Our rustic farm is located at about 700 meters above sea level in the middle of the nature park Südsteirisches Weinland. We have been managing the Serschenhof for over 100 years and have always tried to keep the farm up to date. Economic sustainability is very important to us, so that future generations can continue to feel at home in this little paradise.
Our family farm is located six kilometers from Leutschach an der Weinstraße and is the ideal place for those seeking peace and quiet. In our bread baking courses you can learn baking in an expert way and choose from many other course topics. We also have a nice farm store with several products - according to the motto - away from dependence back to the do-it-yourself.
There are two ways to stay with us:
1. apartment (for two to four people) vacation "above the pigs" - maximum occupancy: six people (with extra beds).
2. in the UrKräuterwagen - converted wagon for two people, twelve square meters with shower, toilet.
Around our farm you will find beautiful hiking trails in the direction of Remschniggalm. 15 minutes away there is a well-maintained natural swimming lake, 2 outdoor pools, lookout, motor park and much more. You can borrow e-bikes in Leutschach or in Arnfels. If you like to be pampered during your vacation, pedicurist and hairdresser are also not far away. Further shopping facilities can be found in the village of Leutschach and Arnfels (bakery, tobacconist, Spar, Unimarkt...). We are very happy to help with leisure activities.

Conditions
The ingredients for a delicious country breakfast (bread, sausage, jam, etc.) you can buy in our farm store or is a breakfast with the overnight stay to book (EUR 10.00 per person).
Pets are allowed on request.
For cancellations up to three months before the agreed arrival date, there are no cancellation fees. Up to one month before the arrival day 40% of the total price will be charged, up to one week before arrival 70% and in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the total price will be charged.

Arrival should be between 13:00 and 18:00. We ask you to leave our accommodation on the day of departure around 10:00. A deposit is not required. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us!
