On steep slopes with an incline of up to 60%, we cultivate our mountain vineyards on the foothills of the Alps. Our vineyards are pure southern locations, which lie steeply above the Wildbach valley and shape the beautiful West Styrian landscape. The cold nights in autumn and the cool fall winds that flow the Koralpe down into the valley guarantee the high fruitiness and typicality of our wines.The main variety is the Blue Wildbacher, from which we press various rosé-colored Schilchern - from dry to lovely to sparkling Schilcher sparkling wine - as well as many other specialties. For example, our brilliant as white wine and our garnet as red wine.Our range of delicacies also includes specialties such as Schilcher brandy matured in wooden barrels, Schilcher frizzante, spices with Schilcher grape seeds and various juices such as Schilcher grape juice.
