Our vacation apartments are located in the middle of a small housing estate not far from the Passhöhe on the Präbichl. Our house was renovated in 2002 and 2003 and converted into 3 beautiful vacation apartments and renovated again and again. From here it is only a few steps to the entrance to the ski arena. Even in summer you can start your hikes from here.

We rent out our three vacation apartments, both in winter and in summer. Our house is located directly on the Präbichl, only 200 meters from the ski slope, has a spacious, heated container equipped with ski boot dryer. W-lan is available free of charge.
But of course our region also has a whole host of leisure activities in summer. The Präbichl is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes of varying degrees of difficulty in the Eisenerz Alps and has breathtaking mountain landscapes to offer. If you are not sensitive to the cold, you can cool off after a mountain tour in nearby Lake Leopoldstein or just hike around the lake.
Numerous activities for all ages await you at the Alpfox mountain school, from June to September, such as mountain biking, climbing park, E-trial, mountain carts.
The Grüblsee is home to the highest diving school in Europe, where you will also be spoiled with culinary delights from the operators.
Paragliders now have the opportunity to be transported up on the newly built Einser chairlift to take off from the Polster summit take off.

In my first Apartment is one sleeproom with two separat beds and one high bed.
in the second apartment is the sleeproom with 4 four beds. And we have a smal apartment for one or two people.
