The vacation apartments are ready for occupancy from 14.00 o'clock. Please vacate the accommodations by 10.00 am on the day of departure
Payment must be made at least one day before departure in CASH, or in advance by bank transfer.
We kindly ask you to let us know at what time you will be arriving.We ask for your understanding that dogs and other pets are not allowed on our farm.
In front of the house there is one free covered parking space per apartment.Internet via WLAN you can use free of charge in the apartments. The code is available in the apartment.
Included with your vacation is the GenussCard with over 240 free entries.Catering: Since our apartments are fully equipped, we do not offer catering. Thus, you enjoy the freedom of self-catering.... no times to which you are bound. Breakfast in your own sitting garden in front of your apartment, maybe even still in your pajamas? or rather in your apartment.... just as "you" like it.
Even if you are already looking forward to your vacation, unfortunately something unforeseen can always come up. To save you unnecessary costs in case of cancellation or mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend the European Travel Insurance.Cancellation conditions:
The following cancellation conditions apply to our operation according to AGBH 2006:
Up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
Up to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
Up to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. In case of cancellation in the last week before arrival we charge 90% and in case of early departure 100% of the travel price. Thus, a cancellation fee will be charged in case of no-show, late arrival and early departure.
Please note: If you do not wish to take out cancellation insurance, you will be responsible for the costs incurred in the event of cancellation or interruption of the trip.
