Because we know where enjoyment comes from: it is on our pastures. Our meat - whether beef, veal, pork or lamb - comes without exception from animals from small farms in the Pöllauer Valley Nature Park and the surrounding area.
In the fields we can watch the leisurely grazing of our farmers' cattle. And Robert Buchbergersen. not only knows each and every one of them, but has also been visiting them personally when buying meat for decades. We see our craft as a service to taste, and we live this attitude day after day - with our actions and through the variety of our products.
