Experience a small voyage of discovery into the history of mining and learn more about the lignite mining in Ratten, which lasted until 1960. You can see: Polish door frame carpentry, ring expansion, mine locomotive, crew car, miner's tools and equipment, a dismantling plan and much more.

About the serviceprovider
The recreated mining world is located in the peace tunnel in Ratten, which was closed in 1960. The unique mining museum was integrated into the original tunnel entrance and is an exciting experience for young and old.
