The generously packed picnic basket with blanket and all the trimmings is ready for you. Whether on foot, by two-wheeler or on four wheels, explore the wonderful hilly landscape of the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park and feast on your organic delicacies wherever you like. Around the hotel there are many beautiful places - in the quince garden under the large stag pear trees, along the impulse paths around the Retter on the wooden bench at Retter BioGut with a far view and much more.

- Picnic basket filled with: BIO smoked trout fillet with Steirerkren and dill mustard sauce,
- BIO cow's milk hard cheese and soft cheese from Krogger,
- BIO-Lendbratl and Selchwürstel from organic free-range pork,
