The Ausseerland is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, skiers, cross-country skiers and nature lovers. In summer, crystal-clear swimming lakes and beautiful alpine pastures await you; in winter, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and beautiful ski areas enchant you. The valley station of the Tauplitz cable cars is only 600 meters away from the Alpenblick apartment.

- Smoking is prohibited in the entire interior of the apartment. Please enjoy your smokes on the terrace where an ashtray is provided for you.
- Pets are not allowed - whether dogs, cats, birds or other small animals.
- The celebration of parties and big celebrations is also not allowed.
- Grilling with charcoal is only allowed in the garden (lawn area). Only electric or gas grills are permitted on the covered terrace.
