    Full refund for cancellations made up to 5 days prior to check-in. Guests who have booked less than 5 days prior to check-in date will receive a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking.
    100% cancellation fee for cancellations made 4 days or more prior to arrival and for no-shows.

    Exceptions to this rule are package bookings and breakfast bookings, where a free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before check-in, after which no refund will be issued.

    After booking, a bank transfer of the full amount is required within 48 hours to finalize the booking.

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen

from Salzburg

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

from direction Carinthia

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
