Has time stood still here? The nice district Obersdorf is four kilometers away from the center of Bad Mitterndorf. It is the perfect starting point for excursions by car or bike to the surrounding lakes. To the Ödensee it is six kilometers, the pilgrimage church Maria Kumitz and the circular route to it is directly behind the house. The five double rooms are equipped with WC / shower / hairdryer / cable TV and balcony simple and cozy. In the rustic lounge with tiled stove you really enjoy your stay. Refrigerator with drinks and cable TV complete the offer.

At the end of a beautiful vacation day: relax in our sauna or in the infrared cabin is announced. Get a pleasant tan in our solarium! Winter garden, terrace and veranda invite you to relax in any weather. House bar and grill possibility available. Our house is heated with geothermal energy, this environmentally friendly and innovative variant offers pleasant warmth through wall heating in winter, as well as wonderful cooling in summer. Near the house is our own farm with a lawn for sunbathing in the middle of the orchard.
Would certainly be an experience for your children: a fun tractor ride with the landlord. Extensive, extended breakfast with breakfast eggs from the house's own chickens. Would you like to go on an excursion nearby? Rustic hours in the alpine hut, the landlord prepares delicious Kasnocken, with pleasure also with tasting in the own schnapps distillery!
