The magnificent panoramic view enchants in summer and winter, an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours. The Ausseerland Salzkammergut is a diverse region.

In winter, the cross-country ski trail of Bad Aussee is right next to the apartment.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
