Accomodation
The Seebacherhof in Tauplitz is a family-run 3-star superior hotel in the Styrian Ausseerland. With 32 comfortable non-smoking rooms, the hotel accommodates up to 69 guests.
All rooms are modernly equipped – with Wi-Fi, safe, shower/WC, and some even have a balcony. The central yet quiet location makes the property an ideal starting point for activities in every season.
A special highlight is the extensive dining options:
A rich breakfast buffet, a 3-course choice menu with a salad buffet in the evening, and seasonal barbecue evenings provide culinary variety.
The modern hotel bar with cozy lounge area invites you to round off an active day's vacation. Directly adjacent is Mario's Pizzeria, which also delights external guests with oven-fresh classics.
The sun terrace with panoramic views of the Grimming and the small wellness area with sauna offer space to relax.
For families, there is a playground and a drying room, and skiers benefit from the in-house shuttle to the valley station.
Within a radius of two kilometers are the valley station of the Tauplitz cable cars (only 300 m away), the cross-country ski trail, as well as several ski schools and rentals.
In the summer, hiking and biking trails run right past the hotel. E-bikes and mountain bikes can be rented at the hotel.
The GrimmingTherme is about a 10-minute drive away.
