Accomodation
A holiday village for carefree vacations, surrounded by lush narcissus meadows, set against an impressive mountain backdrop.
The holiday homes and apartments built in the typical Ausseer style, accommodating up to 12 people, are equipped with cozy bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living area with dining corner, a kitchen, balcony and terrace. For cozy warmth in every season, most houses feature a fireplace and a sauna.
Traditional and local cuisine is served at the village tavern, the Zloam Wirt, from where breakfast baskets can also be ordered and delivered to the house. Kids can have fun on the large adventure playground right in front of the terrace with a panoramic view.
Sustainable experiences are guaranteed by the extensive year-round leisure offerings at Narcissus Village. In winter, you can ski and snowboard directly from the front door or go tobogganing and ice skating. Year-round activities include horseback riding, archery at the 3D archery course and 4D archery cinema, curling, air rifle shooting, an exciting treasure hunt in the treasure hunter forest and much more on the program. In summer, a jump into the village natural swimming pond or into Grundlsee offers refreshment, and a match on the tennis court provides a challenge. An exciting riddle rally for all ages can be embarked upon on the Austria and Time Travel Trail Zloam. Creativity is fostered in the wood and craft workshop.
Dogs are warmly welcomed and enjoy their own fenced dog area.
Spend an unforgettable holiday at the riding stable! Whether you are an experienced rider or simply want to discover your love for horses – with us, everyone finds the right offer. The riding hall and stable are located directly on the grounds of Narcissus Village Zloam and are easily accessible on foot from your holiday home.
Narcissus Village Zloam is a place of inspiration and is perfectly suited for successful conferences, atmospheric celebrations, dreamlike weddings and creative seminars and meetings. Conferences and celebrations take place in the rustic Trüfüstubn at the Zloam Wirt, or in the event building Klangwerkstatt with the Kreutz-Saal or the atmospheric Kölbl-Saal for up to 128 people. If the group is larger, the Kölbl-Saal in the Klangwerkstatt can be extended with a nice tent.

The actual prices for your time in our village depend entirely on your preferences and requirements.
