And also from the inside the house leaves nothing to be desired.
You live on a good 300sqm, have a wonderful, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the sauna, a children's playroom, the cozy living room corner by the fireplace and a lounge under the roof. Should you wish to stay longer, there is also a laundry room on site with a dryer and washing machine.
Access to the house is in the basement of the building. Through the garage you can easily get inside and then take the first stairs up to the living area. On the mezzanine, two bedrooms and a bathroom are waiting for you. A small kitchen with refrigerator and laundry facilities also awaits you here.
On the upper floor it is then called living and pampering. The spacious kitchen invites everyone to the table, the fireplace makes it super cozy at the sofa. In the back, you will also find the master bedroom with bathroom and dressing room on this level.
Under the roof, two cozy leather sofas are waiting for the day to end and the children's room is also under the roof.
Around the house you will find a wooden terrace, unique view and of course a garden.
Each level in the house has a terrace with Loser and lake view, you will also find a TV in each room.
To the lake it is a good 10 minutes walk, although the way back naturally rises. It is worthwhile to rent an eBike here or bring it with you to get to the village comfortably and environmentally conscious.
To the Loser you drive 10 minutes, whether for skiing in winter, for the mountain bike tour in summer or a nice hike.

via the A1 Westautobahn, take the Regau exit as far as Gmunden, continue on the B145 as far as Bad Ischl, turn off into Ausseerland/Liezen
via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
