On the sunny south-west-facing balcony, equipped with a high-quality gas grill, you have a wonderful view of the Rosenkranzhöhe and the surrounding mountains. Conjure up a delicious menu in the brand-new kitchen. Tasty drinking water comes from our own well and in the cosy living room you can cosy up by the rustic fireplace on sheepskins with a good bottle of wine.

Terms of Cancellation
No cancellation fees apply more than 3 months before departure. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 30%, up to 7 days before arrival a cancellation fee of 70%, 6 days to 1 day before arrival a cancellation fee of 90% and for cancellations on the day of arrival or "no show" a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking value. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
