HOUSE RULE Dear guests, Hello and welcome to our apartment! We are very pleased that you have chosen our apartment for your vacation. Before you settle in and make yourself comfortable, we would like to draw your attention to the house rules for our holiday apartment. By understanding and observing the house rules, our guests not only guarantee you a pleasant stay, but also make sure that the apartment is in perfect conditions in the future. Please read all rules carefully to avoid any danger or any costs when checking out. Also, please treat our apartment with the same respect that you would treat your own home. We have put a lot of effort into making the apartment a beautiful place where our guests feel comfortable. In the event of accidental damage, we will review the matter internally and decide if and how much the deduction or repair costs will be. We hope that during your vacation you will have a lot of fun and relax to the fullest! To ensure that this is possible for all guests, we would like to ask you to be considerate after 10 p.m. and to keep noise to a minimum. Please use the ashtray in the courtyard If you do not comply with the smoking ban, I can expel you from the holiday apartment with immediate effect and ban you from the house without any reimbursement of the costs. Most of our neighbors live in the area year-round, but short-term visitors also enjoy the benefits of the region time and time again. • Please respect the community and try to keep the noise level to a minimum, especially after 10pm. We are convinced that your vacation will be even more enjoyable if you respect the people and property around you. • If there are complaints of excessive noise or improper conduct, we reserve the right to terminate you immediately. In the event of disputes or complaints from neighbors, we also ask you to inform us as soon as possible. • There are also designated areas (waste bins) for recycling and waste disposal. Please do not throw rubbish on neighboring properties. • Guests are responsible for ensuring that all visitors comply with these house rules. • Additional overnight guests must be pre-approved and are subject to an additional fee as detailed in our rates. • Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited in our vacation rental. All gatherings must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, neighborhood and attendance. • Guests must allow the homeowner or caretaker access to the home for repairs and inspection. The homeowner will exercise this right of access in an appropriate manner and, if possible, give advance notice.
• We have parking for up to 4 vehicles on our property Kitchen I attach particular importance to the kitchen. Please always use an underlay for cutting. There are enough boards for this. Never place metal objects (pots, cutlery, metal edges) in the microwave! I ask that you only put crockery, cutlery, pots and appliances back in the place where they were originally in a CLEAN condition. Before leaving, empty the fridge and freezer and clear out and dispose of your leftover groceries. Garbage You have to dispose of the rubbish and the rubbish YOURSELF !! Since we are obliged to strict waste separation here, I ask you to help me and implement this carefully. Labeled collection containers can be found in the holiday apartment. • Place the residual waste in the closed rubbish bag in the black bin in the yard • Put the compost (vegetable cleaning residue, potato peelings, fruit residue, egg shells, UNCOOKED leftover food, coffee grounds, tea brew and tea bags) in the rubbish bag of the organic waste bin. • NEVER put edible fats (e.g. fats after frying, etc...) down the drain !! If you have any further questions about disposal, I am always at your disposal. If you do not separate the rubbish properly, I have to collect a fee of € 5.00 per rubbish bag Bathroom toilet washing machine Ventilate the bathroom well after showering or bathing.

Please turn off the water supply after using the washing machine and pull the plug out of the socket Please treat our kitchen with the same love and respect you would treat your own kitchen at home so that it stays in good condition for other guests. • Please ventilate the kitchen after each cooking session and be careful not to flush leftovers down the drain. Please throw all kitchen waste in the appropriate bin. • We also ask that you only use the dishwasher when it is full. Afterwards, please put all kitchen utensils back where you originally found them. • Cleaning supplies for the kitchen are under the sink. If you run out of products during your stay, please let us know so we can replace them for the next guests. • Please dispose of rubbish and recycling in the designated containers. • You can leave rubbish and recycling outside for collection on Monday evening. If you leave before Monday, please take the rubbish to the communal rubbish bins in the yard next to the garage. • Please do not flush any toiletries down the toilet.
