This wooden house, built in 2019, in an exposed location at an altitude of 1,138 m. above sea level is located about 4 km from the center of Sankt Georgen, on the eastern slope of the Kreischberg and is built according to the latest energetic guidelines. It offers an incredible view of the mountains.
A total of 8 houses are located in the Konradgut holiday area and are all supplied with fresh mountain spring water from their own well.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no cancellation fees more than 3 months before the start of the trip. Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the trip, 30% up to 7 days before arrival, 90% for 6 days to 1 day before arrival and cancellation on arrival day and "No Show" 100% of the booking value in cancellation fees. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance! Subject to change, typesetting and printing errors!

We are flexible regarding your estimate time of arrival (after 4pm). Tell us as soon as you can see when you are likely to be at the apartment by phone or email and then someone will be happy to welcome you and somebody will introduce the flat to you.

This holiday apartment comprises a living / sleeping area with 31 m², in addition there is an 11 m² wellness bath with a special lighting concept, a bathtub, shower and infrared cabin. The facility is completely new and of very high quality. A raised pine double bed, the living room couch has an electronically extendable foot section, on which you can relax and watch Smart TV with ORF HD and the possibility to play Netflix and Amazon Prime (your own account is required).
Here is a spacious panoramic terrace with a solid wood seating, loungers, parasol and gas grill (from April to October), making this apartment a very special place to feel good.
The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances. An induction cooker helps you to heat your dishes quickly and easily. If you don't feel like cooking, the best Italian restaurant in town "Silvano" by far, which is only 2 minutes away by foot, is the right place.
