Arrival
The hut can be reached from Murau via the asphalt road to the Murauer Hütte (approx. 8 km) - well signposted.
Afterwards, a gravel/meadow path (approx. 300 metres) leads to the hut, this is blocked with a barrier.
The key is handed over to you when you arrive at the hut.
Upon arrival, someone will accompany you for the first briefing and declaration of use of the alpine hut.

Our rustic alpine hut has approx. 80 sqm and has a covered entrance area with a massive seating set (morning sun).
In front of the hut there is a wood-burning stove, which can be used as a barbecue area, as well as a second massive seating set.
Hiking poles for the summer and sledges for the winter are available and can be used free of charge.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooker and oven, coffee maker and kettle and is well stocked with some kitchen utensils.
In the living room there is a tiled stove and an open fireplace, as well as the pellet stove that heats the radiators. The dining area has a massive table and benches (including some toys and games for children) and chairs.
On the ground floor there is also the separate WC with small washbasin.On the upper floor are the 2 bedrooms.
In the 1st bedroom there are 2 single beds, 1 bunk bed, as well as the wardrobe and the shower cubicle, which can be separated by a curtain as a privacy screen. A TV with VHS video cassette recorder with children's feature films is available
In the 2nd bedroom there is a double bed and a pull-out couch (2 additional beds possible), a washing machine and a washstand with mirror, hairdryer and towels.
