It was a special pleasure for us to welcome the team of "Aufgetischt" to our beautiful region Murtal. 

On Sunday, 28.05.2023, at 6.05 p.m., ORF2 will reveal fascinating secrets about the 500-year-old Sternenturm, historical background information from the district capital and culinary highlights which will show you the taste of the Murtal. Don't miss and enjoy!

The Chef Mario Kaura from Judenburg creatively brings Italian flair to the food in his restaurant Arkadia, and this year he also won a toque. www.restaurant-arkadia.at/

The next generation of locals pays tribute to their homeland with dialect songs. The Gnackwatschn band only sings and writes in Styrian, the music is a mixture of ska-punk, rock and folk music. They are writing the new album at the Jölli hut in the middle of the idyllic Murtal.

Karin Forcher has been running an organic farm in St. Peter ob Judenburg since 1996. She is the mother of 4800 Sunhendln. The name because the stables are oriented towards the sun. Chicken and egg are basic food and livelihood for the family. www.sunhendl.at

Judit Szücs-Philipp comes from Budapest. She and her husband moved to Judenburg because her husband fell in love with a house here. Together they renovate in their free time, professionally Judit beautifies in the only tattoo shop in the middle of Judenburg.

Dietmar Kles is the director of the Star Tower and Planetarium. There is a planetarium in the 500-year-old tower. For him, the tower is a working space, a wedding space, a living space. This is where he met and married his wife. www.sternenturm.at
