You enter the Altenbachklamm at the Buschenschank Stelzl vlg. Altenbacher. Although the forest path is pleasant at first, you soon pass the first bridge and from then on it is a steady climb. The gorge hike even leads over numerous small bridges, footbridges and ladders to an impressive suspension bridge. The combination of untouched natural landscape, adventure and exercise make a hike through the Altenbachklamm gorge a truly unforgettable experience. And as is so often the case, the efforts of the ascent are rewarded.
