The Buschenschank Häuserl am Wald, has been run by our family for over 30 years. Through many years of experience, the love and joy of nature and our food, quality and gentle handling is particularly important to us, and you can taste it. Both in our dishes as well as in our noble brandies and must. For about 2 years we have expanded our menu with a small selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. We have something for everyone, spreads, salads, vegetarian, sour, various meat dishes such as ham, sausage, bacon, raw ham, Brüsterl and much more.
We are also particularly proud of our classic and innovative brandies and liqueurs. Through our experience and the courage to try new things, we have succeeded in producing our brandies and liqueurs particularly fruity and mild. The hand-picked, quality-sorted fruits are crushed, pitted (stone fruit), rubbed and mashed. Our master distiller patiently and lovingly accompanies this unfolding process. In the process of double distillation, the heart is then obtained. Once a week there are fresh ribs, stilton and pork breasts.
