The time has come: the Buschenschank at the Polz winery is open again.
From Wednesday to Saturday, regional delicacies are served here, sourced from first-class producers and the best markets - deliberately from people rather than corporations. The sourdough bread is freshly home-baked, pickled vegetables are made on site, and the Buchteln, as once baked by Grandma Polz, are making a big comeback.
