A Buschenschank is typical for Southwest Styria. Here, high-quality and regional foods are offered as snacks and wines for tasting.
In our Buschenschank we serve classic and especially house specialties. We produce all products ourselves, from hearty chopped meat to the tasty Liptauer spread, traditional bread snack and farmer's bread. We also spoil those with a sweet tooth with Germ desserts.
For all wine connoisseurs, we offer our own varietal wines Schilcher, Welschriesling and Pinot Blanc in our Buschenschank. Our Blauer Wildbacher is expanded in a variety of ways - from the classic Schilcher to the sparkling frizzante. At the beginning of October you can make an autumn stopover on a glass of Schilchersturm ("Federweisser").
We can comfortably accommodate up to 115 guests in our Buschenschank. Our rooms are divided into the guest room for up to 30 people, the extra room for up to 25 people and the Winzerstüberl for up to 60 people. In summer, however, our vine arbor is the most popular place.
In addition to our wines, we serve you with naturally cloudy apple juice from the old Maschansker apple variety and grape juice from our own cultivation. Our in-house liqueurs, fine brandies and schnapps ensure that you feel good after a hearty snack.
