Since 1983, Ferdinand has been pressing the wines at Hermannhof, following his father's example. On an area of 3.6 hectares, the grapes ripen into powerful wines under optimal conditions. The entire estate is tended and cultivated by the family itself. And for the most part by hand. Whether yellow Muskateller, Sauvignon Blanc, Rhine Riesling or the new "Hermaza".
