Our family business is located in the center of "Gamlitz" - and has been managed for 4 generations.

We serve our customers in the butcher store, which together with the Jausen- & Imbiss-Stüberl has become a popular meeting place for locals and tourists. Every day we offer our customers a wide range of sausages and meat products - in addition, you will also find homemade ready-made products - such as goulash or a tasty lean soup.

Our products are produced from high quality raw material. It is important to us that we know each farmer from whom we get our meat personally, as well as his attitude to feeding and rearing exactly.

From now on, products from us can also be purchased daily from the vending machine located in front of our entrance area.
