We value the highest freshness and quality of our starting products. We source our meat from our own farm, where
our animals are kept organically. The trout come from their own pond management and are only
caught shortly before preparation.
Products that we do not produce ourselves come from local farmers. This is how we get our free-range eggs from local farmers. The vegetables and the always fresh salad come from our own cultivation and are of course organically grown.
Even the bread is not bought in our shop. The neighbor, Ms. Isak vlg. Strutz regularly bakes her fresh farm bread for us.
