The monastery church of the former monastery (today's "Heilmoorbad") characterizes the townscape of Bad Schwanberg.
The main altarpiece of the monastery church was created in honour of the holy guardian angels by Johann Vitus Hauckh in 1709. The side chapel is a Loretto chapel with classicist statues and columns. To the right of the main entrance, a glass frame contains the history of the monastery and the church.
The church is open during the day.
