On June 25, 1925, mayor Karl Pfleger opened the occasion of an extraordinary and solemn council meeting the 1919 bought and since this year converted Judsche house as the new town hall of the city Deutschlandsberg.
The town hall used to be the house of the Salzburg cellar master and the wine cellar. It was given its current Baroque-Classicist appearance in the 18th century by Franz Xaver Jud. In 1920 the house was acquired by the municipality and since then it has been a town hall. The adjoining Rathauspark with its beautiful green areas serves as an urban resting place
