Natural soaps have a millennia-old tradition and have always served the healthy cleaning and care of the skin. In my soap workshop in southern Styria, I produce high-quality soaps according to traditional methods under the brand name "Sabines Seifen".
All soap recipes are created by myself with much love and know-how. As ingredients I use high-quality natural oils, most of which come from regional producers, as well as natural products such as salt spring water from Bad Ischl, whey from Kitzeck, hemp oil, pumpkin seed oil from the region, wine from southern Styria, saffron from western Styria, honey and propolis. The soaps are refatting, particularly skin-friendly and largely vegan.
A look at the ingredients shows that the soaps can be used with a clear conscience: I consistently avoid controversial ingredients such as microplastics, silicone, mineral oil and preservatives. I also demonstrate sustainable thinking when it comes to the packaging, which is also designed to be free of plastic and synthetic materials.
The hair soap enjoys great popularity: "The hair soap supports the natural regulation of the scalp through its intensively nourishing formula with shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil and mortared or powdered plants".
Another highlight of the product range is ICHTHYOL® PALE Natural Soap, which is suitable for body and face. The natural skin care product does not contain any fragrances or colorants and is also suitable for flaky and blemished skin. The soap takes its name from the ingredient Ichthyol Pale: This is a light sulfonated shale oil used in cosmetic skin and hair care. Another high-quality ingredient is argan oil, which plays an essential role in healthy skin cells with its unsaturated fatty acids. In addition, argan oil strengthens the skin barrier and, thanks to its high content of vitamin E, also acts as a natural anti-aging agent.
Moisturizing coconut oil, rich pumpkin seed oil, moisturizing and soothing shea butter and the free radical scavenger castor oil are further caring ingredients of ICHTHYOL® PALE Natural Soap.
