Yellow stands for the sun, which we need for the ripening of the fruit for the bees and pollen, for drying the grass and drying the fruit. Red stands for the buildings where we process the fruit, for the modern equipment, for hygiene and general conditions for good quality. Green stands for the land and what Mother Earth produces from it, the trees, the herbs, the grass and all the nature that is in harmony with it. The Gustothek is located in the Sausal valley near Kitzeck in western Styria. It is the synthesis of a former traditional Buschenschank with a long-standing hobby business and is operated as an agricultural master business to the extent that only as much is utilized as nature offers and is aimed at cost recovery and preservation, but not growth.
