From the grape to the wine Our quality wines are pressed from a selection of the most beautiful and physiologically ripe grapes in high-quality stainless steel tanks. Especially our classic white wines correspond to the traditional character of Southern Styria. They are consistently vinified dry and captivate with their fruity, youthful charm, their juicy, elegant style packed with lively acidity and wonderful drinking flow.
Our red wines and site wines mature in traditional large wooden barrels as well as in small French barriques. These get the time they require and are bottled and released for sale only after an optimal maturation process.
For wine purchase we are available at any time during the Buschenschank opening hours and at other times by prior tel. appointment.
