Supporting the grapes in their ripening process, preserving their aroma to the fullest extent, is a decisive criterion for a successful wine. Our modern equipped press house guarantees the gentle handling of the wine. The aging of the noble drops takes place in stainless steel, in large wooden barrels and in barrique. For us, the origin and the respective variety must be clearly recognizable on the palate. Many awards confirm the way we go.

That is yet clearly the height

In the Sausal, the oldest documented wine-growing region in Styria, Schneeberger produces, among other things, a wonderful Sauvignon as a site cuvée. The soils are mostly poor and steep, and the wine needs more time than elsewhere. The Kittenberg and Flamberg vineyards offer very different soil characteristics, altitudes and weather conditions. From the dominant slate soil to sand and shell limestone, the palette ranges. A strong factor in the Sausal are the large temperature differences in late summer and fall, which have a very favorable effect on aroma formation.
