We harvest the grapes in our vineyards exclusively by hand. The careful work in this area guarantees a high-quality raw material.
Spontaneous fermentation and plenty of time - which we give the wines until they are bottled - are the basis for a product that is as natural as possible.
Every vintage is a new challenge and a great pleasure. “My wine” - because we fully stand behind our wines!
For some years now, we have also been working with alternative wine styles. The Grauer Burgunder, Sauvignon blanc and Morillon grape varieties in particular bring exciting nuances to the nose and palate. We enjoy them!
