Varietally pure wines, sorted by varietal typicity. In the variety of flavors that the individual grape varieties bring by nature - genetically - unadorned and pure.
What makes our "pure soul" wines?
All our wines are pure. But for a wine to be called "Pure Soul", it must express the variety in its ripest aroma. Our "Reine Seele" wines are wines from vines with the strictest yield reduction, harvested particularly late - and therefore with the greatest weather risk. Trummer "Reine Seele" refers to fully finished wines, limited contingents of the best, ripest wines of the current vintage.
How do Trummer wines taste best?
Drink our wines a little warmer than others, the aromas develop better then. Opened bottles can be left in the refrigerator for a few days with a clear conscience, the wines will retain their aroma. You can even store our wines for a few years (provided the right temperatures), they mature wonderfully.
