The close proximity of the vineyards allows for particularly quick and gentle processing of the grapes during harvest. The entire winemaking process is carried out with the utmost care to preserve the quality of the wines. The guiding principle for winemaking is: “Classic, yet fruity. Dry, yet perfectly tailored to each individual wine.”
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, allowing precise regulation of the fermentation process. This helps to prevent potential wine faults early on and ensures that each wine develops its full character.
