Our grapes grow on a slope that is unusual for viticulture. The north-east location was long considered unsuitable for viticulture, but in recent years we have benefited from the cooler summer temperatures on the northern slope. Even in the hottest summer months, these provide sufficient time for the grapes to ripen optimally.
